• 1. Lead the adaption of Jira and Sprint process and created processes to ensure visibility to stakeholder teams.
• 2. Researched on Developer Experience (DX), Productivity with DX surveys and external mentoring from Directors of Engineering of Slack & Netflix in setting up the Platform teams with the goal to set up.
• 3. Defined the prioritization process and formula so that we can pick initiatives that add value to the Tech and thereby Business/Product.
• 5. Assisted the newly formed Product team in creating the roadmaps for the respective products.
• 6. Proposed and defined the impact of improving Sales call quality with personalization and on-demand factual information relevant to the customer. Aligned the stakeholders like Founders and Head of Sales on the impact and are executing this in collaboration with AWS. We plan to improve the Sales productivity by 10-20% which is achievable and impactful to the organization.
• 7. Lead a round of Page Speed optimizations where the scores were taken above 85 that also resulted in increasing V2Ls by >30% and reduced the CPLs.
• 8. Directed the team to launch the features that were part of the GTM for Scaler School of Technology which is a new Business Unit focusing on 4-year degree courses.
• 9. In Assessments & Problem-Solving Experience, improved the adoption rate of project type questions by >25% that helped in improving the learner experience. Build an in-house editor to reduce friction and abstract away the set up & execution of the project.
• 10. Reduced the costs of TA by around 60% using GPT & in-house Suggestion engines - This became the biggest cost saving in the entire company for the year 2023 and helped move towards profitability.
• 11. Heading the Innovation Lab at Scaler School of Technology with the aim of collaborating with Industry experts on cutting edge projects that Scaler students can contribute to and increase their exposure. This will also help in building Scaler’s and students’ brand in the industry.

• Assessments Platform:
• 1. As a Product Owner, collaborated with Founders, Sales Team, Customers, Product and Design teams to build features that increase the scope & maturity of the Product and drive the onboarding of new customers. This helped in scaling the customers base to around 100-125 paying customers for the Assessments Platform.
• 2. Lead the team that built platform capabilities from scratch - Automatic evaluation engines for evaluating Databases like MySQL, Crowd-Sourced Judge for LLD assignments (OOPS/ERD/UML concepts and diagrams) and Maxwell (for evaluating Projects of any Tech-stack).
• 3. Scaled and optimized the Assessments Platform to handle 150K burst concurrent users (scale in the order of online sales) for CodeAgon.
• Problem Solving & Doubt Resolution Experience:
• Owned the Product for solving various types of problem statements as part of the Software Engineering, Data Science, Machine Learning, Data Analytics courses in Scaler Academy and Scaler School of Technology. Leveraged Assessments Platform in providing real-time feedback for the learners via Automated evaluations of the learner solutions. Also co-owned the Product for resolving doubts in the above domains by creating a Teaching Assistant ecosystem and creating a platform for Live Doubt resolution via Chat and Audio/Video calls.
• Platform & DX:
• 1. Lead various cost optimizations in the AWS Infra. Over the course of 6 months, we were able to bring down the monthly cost around 40%. Strategies involved architecture optimizations, reservations, savings bundles, bulk negotiations on services etc.
• 2. Reduced costs for third party services like Asana, Jira, MSG91, Sentry, NewRelic, AWS.
• 3. Example initiatives - Ruby 2.3 to 2.5 migration, Redis migration from 2.x to 6.x, Observability for dev environments and Webpack optimizations to improve productivity, using remote workspaces for development, efficient app services logging platform, spam prevention for OTPs and critical APIs.

• 1. Designed and Built the Coding Problem Creation Framework to increase the number of coding questions on InterviewBit Platform. The time taken to create new problems reduced 10 times and led to creation of numerous coding problems by the Internal team and external technical content creators - till date, around 45K coding questions in various topics have been created.
• 2. Created the v0 of Assessments Platform that was used for Online Coding Assessments and National Contests in tech hiring by various Industry companies. E.g. Amazon, OYO, UpGrad, ZS Associates, Rubrik, Tech Mahindra, Media.net, Trilogy (previously Codenation), ThoughtSpot, Agoda, Zomato, Expedia, Arcesium etc.
• 3. I was also the Product Owner for the Assessments Platform and discussed with the Founders to drive the Product Development of the Platform. Also got involved heavily in the Sales process to understand the requirements and tailoring the Product to solve the customers’ problems.
• 4. Led the junior full-time engineers and interns in the team.
