• Leading LastMile and Return Service.
• Scaled Lastmile by revamping its architecture that helped the application to handle the throughput from 17.5K RPM to 40K RPM (~2x). The Application was written with Flask, a microframework that cut a lot of extra middlewares and provide us personalized way of writing our application.

• Architectured a service that consumes data from a high throughput stream, transform it and push data to Delhivery Platform Service and vice versa.
• Cost and Performance optimization of Last Mile and Return microservices
• 1. Scaled up services by migrating them on EKS
• 2. Reconfigured dynamodb and saved cost upto 50$/day
• 3. Removed queues and deprecated workers - implemented
• event sourcing and serverless model.

• Built and implemented a wrapper layer over the existing dispatcher model to allow pickup and delivery of C2C shipments.

• Return ODx Microservice ( Returned shipments )
• Redesigned and implemented a highly scalable serverless system that could handle load upto 3x. ( ~ 27K packages per dispatch)
• SC Dispatcher ( B2B shipments )
• Implemented a dispatcher service that provides an interactive dashboard with real time decision making functionality based on delivery slots, various locks, physical storage mapping etc.
• Auto Dispatcher ( B2C shipments )
• Built a smart and robust dashboard that reduces secondary sorting effort at centers by providing real time complex mapping between delivery executives, route, packages and vehicle or by using historical data to create dispatches.
• Movement Tracking System
• Built a highly efficient fuel payout service that uses an inhouse library’s data to provide a system generated distance. Incase no data from library then distance based on historic data or allow users to input data and push it to data warehouse.
