At a very young age, I had made up my mind about what I wanted to do with my life. Having grown in a family that has been significantly involved in ๐๐๐๐ฅ ๐๐ฌ๐ญ๐๐ญ๐ ๐๐๐ฏ๐๐ฅ๐จ๐ฉ๐ฆ๐๐ง๐ญ, I always aspired to make a considerable contribution in the sector. Having watched the industry so closely, directly and indirectly, I noticed a lot of scope and opportunity within the challenges of transparency, unaccountability, disputes, limited skilled workforce, etc. which the industry is facing. As a young enthusiast, following my passion to make this industry a better place, I pursued BE Civil followed by ๐๐๐ ๐ข๐ง ๐๐๐๐ฅ ๐๐ฌ๐ญ๐๐ญ๐ from the ๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐, ๐๐ฎ๐ฆ๐๐๐ข. It's then that I could discover that my interest area lies in understanding how the different elements act in the marketplace to form a whole Real Estate Industry โ to understand these elements, churn out the numbers, make sense out of the existing data, and forecast the future growth! Luckily, in the last year of my post-graduation, I got in touch with a few crazy-growth-oriented minds at ๐๐จ๐จ๐๐๐๐ง๐. They had this wild idea to digitally revolutionize and bring transparency to the real estate industry โ an industry that was still left to catch up well with technological advancement. So, we kickstarted the journey of RoodLand, hired some of the most amazing minds, worked our ass off, and now we are here changing the lives of man. I joined RoodLand as a Research Analyst to develop the ๐๐ญ๐ซ๐๐ญ๐๐ ๐ข๐ ๐๐๐ฏ๐ข๐ฌ๐จ๐ซ๐ฒ ๐๐๐ซ๐ญ๐ข๐๐๐ฅ, and now serving as an integral part of the core team leading the Advisory vertical along with managing the strategic business operations, inside and outside the organization as the Chief Strategy Officer. It was then and it's now, we have ensured that we are growing each day personally & professionally. So far it has been so good. But itโs just the beginning. The story has just begun.
