As a part of the Ads team, developed the Ads-SOS platform, replacing the legacy Ads Platform that enabled ads across the company’s key verticals, including Swiggy Food, Instamart, Dineout, Stories, etc.
Self-Serve Ads Service: Developed a scalable and resilient self-serve ads service that enables advertisers to create, search, and stop ads on a self-serve basis without relying on the sales team.
SOS Migration: Designed and developed the migration service that was used to direct the throughput (~ 1 million RPM) to the new service from the legacy service. It includes building a Call Diversion System that was responsible for establishing the parity between the legacy and new service. It also includes collaboration with multiple teams to ensure smooth migration and continued service use across the company.

As a member of the Swiggy Pricing team, worked on improving the delivery fee uploading process. This was done by integrating Swiggy’s in-house bulk uploading service, Hulk.
This involved implementing a robust data processing pipeline: Streamed and uploaded large files to AWS S3 using Java Spring, transformed data in Apache Kafka into gRPC proto buffers, and ensured reliable data persistence to DynamoDB.
As a result of this integration, the uploading process was significantly enhanced, leading to more efficient and reliable handling of bulk uploads, and improving overall operational efficiency within the team.
