• During my tenure at Axioned, a service-based MNC, I led backend development for the Culture15 project, serving a UK-based client. As the Lead Backend Engineer, I played a multifaceted role, providing estimations for tasks using Jira and offering comprehensive details in Confluence. Embracing Infrastructure as Code, I efficiently managed server deployment. Notably, I successfully implemented CI/CD pipelines, streamlining development processes for both backend and frontend in a mono repository. Rigorous end-to-end load testing using Artillery and Playwright ensured system robustness. Quality assurance was paramount, achieved through meticulous unit testing with Jest and Supertest.
• In addition to my technical and estimation responsibilities, I also led a team of 5 to 6 developers, overseeing their work and fostering collaboration within the team. This leadership role allowed me to not only contribute technically but also cultivate a productive and collaborative development environment. The project's tech stack was optimized with AWS, Strapi, NodeJS, PgSQL, and ReactJS.
