Notably, I was instrumental in adding Zendesk integration to our helpdesk system, which included implementing SAML authentication support. I also leveraged my skills to enhance the One Password integration, by creating an on-demand SCIM bridge. In addition, I facilitated Active Directory sync and incorporated Yubikey integration, helping to improve security and streamline user access. These experiences have helped me develop a deep understanding of the importance of seamless app integrations and the critical role they play in delivering a high-quality user experience.

• involved in a number of significant projects that helped to enhance system performance and simplify workflows. Specifically, I:
• Took on a critical role in overseeing the management and automation of Tower's build environment, including its deployment pipeline and source control setup.
• Spearheaded the development of a sophisticated system that could gather data via GIT, ELK, and internal APIs to track source code, developer usage, and release cycle changes for C++ build systems. This system was able to track more than 20,000 user data points each day, scanning the entire code-base and releases to reduce report generation time from over a month to less than half an hour. In addition, the system provided a guarantee of consistency, real-time availability, and data durability.
• Designed and implemented a staging pipeline to test Tower's build environment against a range of different repositories, build tools, and configuration parameters. Through this work, I was able to optimize resource consumption by 84% on the CI system by reducing test containers from 96 to just 15, while also increasing the scope and complexity of testing. I also reduced the integration testing time by 70% by introducing parallel builds and optimizing source code checkout.
• Developed a CLI that could automate the management of Conda packages, including their recursive dependencies, by fetching, sanitizing, building, and uploading them to internal channels. Through this effort, I was able to significantly reduce the package build times for complex packages from 4-5 days down to just 1-2 hours.
• Overall, these experiences provided me with a deep understanding of system optimization, automation, and project management, as well as sharpening my technical skills in Python, Bash, Jenkins, and Conda.

• At Jivasutra, we work towards aggregating Ayurvedic and Wellness service providers. Our goal is to build the single largest channel for selling Ayurvedic and Wellness-services by enhancing the user experience while booking Ayurvedic services and developing quality material around the Ayurvedic treatment process.
• My role as the co-founder has been very challenging. I have been handling a team of 4 people and more than 10+ doctors and we have a couple of interns for multiple ad-hoc tasks. As a part of my journey, I have developed management, public relations, operations and marketing skills apart from handling the technological end of our product. During the past months, we have been holding meetings with the stakeholders and have been busy experimenting with different product models around the industry. The whole process has been a great learning curve.

• At Media.net, I was part of the Domain Monetisation Team, where I designed and implemented highly scalable and available production systems, while automating various tasks to streamline workflows. Notable projects I worked on include:
• Designing and implementing an email system for sending advertisements to iPhones, which involved setting up infrastructure on AWS, including web servers, mail servers, database servers, Nagios Sentinel, and cache servers. I also optimized the system by setting up web servers, cache, and MySQL database in master-slave replication, deploying scripts for ad-hoc tasks, and creating a cert renewal pipeline using Let's Encrypt.
• Developing a system using Varnish and Netscaler to filter spam traffic for China incoming IPs by writing VCL for setting up a redirect cookie for incoming traffic with exception rules and modifying the vmod for generating hash.
• Setting up a three-node Elasticsearch cluster with Kafka as a message queue and Logstash as a data-processing pipeline, creating Puppet modules for deploying multiple instances of Logstash and managing configuration, and migrating from CentOS to Debian, while logically separating services to provide horizontal scaling using Puppet 4.
• Leading a project to migrate around 10,000 VIPs one subnet at a time without causing downtime. This included DNS, HTTP, and some internal VIPs, and I developed scripts to check domain resolution on new servers.
• Through these experiences, I gained expertise in designing and implementing highly scalable and available production systems, automating tasks to streamline workflows, and managing infrastructure.
