• Woodstock is a multi-asset investment fund house focused on investments in emerging technologies. Our primary focus is distributed ledger technology (DLT) with emphasis on four areas - public DLT, decentralized finance (DeFi), tokenization (including non-fungible tokens) and web 3.0 protocols. We also focus on equity investments in early and growth stage companies in the DLT space (including service providers offering services to investment funds investing in the DLT space). We invest in tokens (utility and security), equity and convertibles (in primary and secondary markets).

• (i) Woodstock Capital Fund I - discretionary fund for strategic investors; and
