I’m Mishbah Masood, a B.A. LL.B. graduate from Presidency University, Bangalore, with a keen interest in Corporate law, Mergers and Acquisitions, IPR, Competition Law, Regulatory Compliance, Data Privacy and Tech Law, driven by the intersection of business and technology in modern legal practice. Academically, I’ve published articles and a research paper on Competition law, Crypto regulation, and AI in fintech, and presented at conferences. I’ve also contributed to my university’s Tech Law Committee and Legal Aid Clinic, advocating for legal awareness and innovation.
