We started in the Revenue intelligence space for B2C businesses. We built live AI+Human website assistants for high-ticket online sales. We handled thousands of customer interactions every day from online jewellery to real-estate.
Then we faced the difficult SaaS reality with our subscription based model where ROI is hard to prove at scale, and owning the full cycle with outcome based services didn't scale cleanly. We realised a bigger platform integrating our solution is the best way forward to efficiently distribute the product and hence we exited.
