• Led a team of 20+ engineers, wherein I ensure that they are aligned with the vision of the projects allocated to them, set clear expectations, give timely feedback, and also take responsibility for the team’s overall progress. I also ensure to push my team members to do better and also help them with upskilling and mentorship wherever required.
• Built the entire engineering team from scratch to drive the team’s roadmap and charter for the Creator Monetisation initiative of connecting creators with monetization opportunities at scale. Resultantly, this has led to scaling the creator-led content marketing business to 30 Cr in 2022 and establishing a strong product market fit with large FMCG brands like Pepsi, Thumsup, Dettol, etc.
• Moj <> Flipkart Partnership - Led and Successfully Launched the Entire Video and Live Commerce Integration With Flipkart. This is one of the largest partnerships with the leading e-commerce giant that turned out to be highly impactful. This involved road mapping, stakeholder management, task allocation, individual contribution, and process-driven reviews to ensure a seamless shopping experience to drive creator-led video, live, and contextual commerce. Drove partner integrations with Flipkart, Dukaan, and Shopify to create a seamless user experience for facilitating commerce inside the Moj App.
• Introduced and formalized this process of writing unit test cases as a mandatory practice.
• Prepared the roadmap for cost initiatives in creator-M and commerce and brought down the server cost of the team by 60%.

• Architected the Ads on Moj Project from scratch. Prepared the entire roadmap for the execution and delivery of the project.
• Streamlined and scaled the Instream Ads Creation Process to improve the operational efficiency of the existing setup via delivery and inventory management.
• Designed Unit and Integration testing framework for improving code quality and hygiene. Made a load testing framework using locust.io to ensure that code is tested out on the scale.
• Restructured the Ads Service Codebase from a Monolithic to a Service Oriented Architecture. Introduced Self Serve Service for Advertiser related APIs. Made a Separate Event processing architecture for Moj Events.
• Conceptualised the architecture and design for introducing 2 new Ad Formats on ShareChat. Led the end to end development and testing for this project. This led to a significant revenue increase as it offered premium placements on the app to the advertisers.

• Led Bulk Ingestion of Content Metadata Architecture and implementation. This service was crucial for ingesting all DisneyPlus content for DisneyPlusHotstar Launches in India and Indonesia. This has helped to increase Content Ops efficiency by 70%.
• Built the Architecture/design for moving from Content Metadata Multi schema to Single schema. This supported both the Internationalisation and localisation of content metadata. This framework helped to launch Hotstar in Indonesia with localised content metadata(Bahasa).
• Responsible for driving several customer-impacting features like Skip Intro, credits and Multi DRM
• framework.
• Part of the IPL Readiness team which ensures load testing client facing services for scale upto 50M RPM.

• o Was responsible for end to end implementation of SHEROES Helpline on Android Application.
