As a Computer Science engineering graduate, my projects weren't just about coding; they were unexpected adventures that found their way into the limelight. From streamlining traffic systems (featured in the 'Times of India' Newspaper) to brightening lives with free solar lights (yes, that made it to the 'Deccan Herald' Newspaper), I stumbled into making headlines, one project at a time. And then there's recruitment, a path I didn't anticipate, but it happened. Started my career with Employer Branding and eventually into Recruitment, I found joy in solving real challenges. My journey began in the vibrant world of startups, where every challenge was an opportunity to innovate and every setback a lesson in perseverance. At Ola & Quikr, it was all fast paced when startups were booming in India & the competition to attract Talent was fierce. Transitioning to Industry titans like Amazon, Flipkart, and GE, I embraced the scale and complexity of global hiring, budgeting, learning scale at work with each day presenting new challenges and opportunities for growth. From spearheading campus recruitment initiatives to shaping employer branding strategies, I lead the Talent Acquisition, driven by a vision of building teams that redefine industry standards.
