The pipeline provides real-time responses to the sellers on the Contact Us page, enabling Amazon to reduce 5% of the incoming contact volume. Awarded the Just Do It Award for Amazon Marketplace for this

• Developed a real-time engine for capturing event data from all the backend and
• seller facing services, allowing the business stakeholders to gather granular insights on seller behavior and system perfomance. The engine gives the users the ability to visualize real time metrics using Kibana, set up monitors and alarms on business and technical metric and configure custom actions in response to the events of interest.
• Developed workflows and tools for automatically resolving seller contacts pertaining to changes to detail pages. The system is able to automate 35% of the incoming contact volume. The integrated tools enable seller support associates to independently introduce, test and verify changes for improving the contact automation.
