Debasish Sarkar is a practicing licensed architect with an interest in advanced digital visualization techniques and how other creative art forms and design fields influence architecture. His means of expression also includes photography and other visual media design. He is the founder and principal architect at SARK Design Studio. His current projects include design of an urban park at Namchi, part of the Govt. of India Smart City Project Mission. Other projects include hospitals, residences, residential interiors and corporate interiors across India. He has collaborated with a US firm to design interiors for several Gastropubs and Bars in New York and San Francisco. He holds a Bachelor of Architecture from the School of Planning and Architecture, New Delhi. Debasish worked as an intern architect at Agence AVV2 in Paris on projects of diverse scales throughout France and Gulf Countries Asa Senior Architect at C.PKukreja Associates, he was the lead designer for many projects where he led concept design and development of housing and corporates office projects. Debasish is an experienced event designer As the creative head at SRS Eventz and AADPL he has designed, fabricated and managed several events for corporate clients, fashion shows like Lakme Fashion Week,Shantanu & Nikhil at India Couture Week .
