Leading a team of Android developers for Swiggy and Swiggy Daily apps. I look after the Architecture, Performance Metrics, Design Decisions etc.
Refactored the app to use MVVM architecture with Databinding. Integrated Android Architecture Components and the Jetpack Library in the app. We use Android ViewModels with RxJava2 and LiveData.
Modularized the Swiggy App and created common modules. The modules are released as AAR dependency so that multiple apps can share the common functionality.
Worked on Swiggy Delivery App which uses React Native
Writing unit tests using Junit and Mockito.
Attended Google I/O 2019 in Palo Alto, USA. We implemented In-App Updates in Swiggy app as part of EAP and we got featured.
