I am a (Sr/Lead) designer, researcher, strategist. I help teams navigate ambiguity through creative user research, iterative conceptual ideas and collaboration/co-creation. I’ve grown ideas from hypothesis to launch for global financial services firms, as Senior UX designer for a large telecommunications organisation, worked on logistics, B2B and B2C industries, and as a solo designer starting from 0 in early age and well established startups. I have with 9+ years of working experience and have completed my Bachelors Degree in User Experience Design(UX) from Symbiosis Institute of Design in India. In these years there's been a lot of experimenting and innovating, using the best practices for crafting and building the best experiences in UX Research, UX Design, UI Design, Usability testing and prototyping. More about me -I have a deep appreciation for crafting digital illustrations in my leisure hours, which I consider a dedicated hobby.
