• Lead initiatives(backed by data) to scale fantasy-tour service(home page service) for IPL 2024 which has a peak concurrency of 15M users up from 10.51M users the previous year. Analyzed traffic patterns and request distribution data which helped in keeping max rpm(25M rpm) same even for 50% more concurrent users.
• Improved observability, monitoring, and resiliency of mymatches service which handles data of nearly over 150M users.
• Took initiatives to control infra cost by adding alerting, using low-cost infra like lambda, AWS EMR etc.

• 2. Worked with team to reduce manual interventions required in admin system, streamlined multiple admin services, defined proper service boundaries.
• 3. Lead and shipped the contest insurance transactional project in 2 weeks. Able to sustain 250k txns/minute and 13-14M reads/minute
• 4. Owned fantasy tour backend service which is the home page service of dream11. Worked with team to shipped some critical fixes before IPL 2023 in this service which helped us scale for a peak concurrency of 10.51 M users and 25M rpm on this service.
• 5. Identified and shipped fix in production for leaderboard service in 1 week during IPL to settle down p99 latency spikes from 2-3 seconds to the range of less than 100 ms. Worked in a lean team of 2 members.
