  • S1 Scooter buyers complete their vehicle purchase journey on the product with Vehicle selection + Insurance selection + Self-Payment/Financing the purchase + meeting the Vehicle Registration needs. We delivered the scooter to user's home in the "Ready to drive" state.
  • Shipped Lending Tech Product:- We made getting a loan for an OLA scooter as easy as buying iPhone online.
  • Designed a first-ever fully digital lending journey for all kinds of users (Pre-approved, Existing to Bank, New to Bank, New to Credit). Launched the product with 5 bank partners.
  • Designed A UX with TAT of <3mins to loan sanction letter once the user shows an intent (KYC -> Offer Check -> Offer Selection-> Offer Approval -> Loan Agreement Signing)
  • Booked loans worth $30M on OLA scooter sales. We positioned the product independently as a quick lending SAAS tool for other digital vehicle dealers.
  • Worked with compliance, legal, bank partners, KYC vendors and finance teams to launch the product successfully.
  • Shipped Insure Tech Product: We made buying insurance with a scooter as simple as ordering dessert with the main course on Swiggy/Zomato.
  • Designed a 2-step checkout flow for adding Insurance with scooter purchases.
  • 96% of scooter purchases had Insurance Policy Opt-in from OLA. ~3% contribution in ARPU from scooter sales.
