I also handle the end-to-end recruitment process, from posting job ads and screening resumes to scheduling and conducting interviews and induction. Prior to joining Fitelo, I was a Senior HR Executive at Evelyn Learning Systems, where I contributed to the hiring and retention of quality educators and content developers. I also gained valuable experience in employee documentation, performance management, and employee engagement. I hold a PGDM in HR from Vidya International School of Business and a BA in Humanities from Chaudhary Charan Singh University. I am skilled in MS Excel, Job Postings, and Roleplay, and have obtained multiple certifications in these areas.
