Ritesh Tota — CEO
I’m an entrepreneur from Bengaluru, passionate about building solutions where sustainability and efficiency go hand in hand. As Co-Founder and CEO of Paprap, I’m working to make e-commerce packaging more efficient and environmentally responsible. We transform used corrugated boxes into a flexible, paper-based wrap that helps brands reduce material waste, carbon emissions, and shipping costs, creating measurable impact across logistics and sustainability. Entrepreneurship has been part of my journey from a young age. At 16, I founded a customised merchandise business for schools and colleges, using its proceeds to support education for underprivileged children. That experience shaped my belief that business can drive meaningful change when purpose and performance align. After earning a business degree from the University of British Columbia, I began my career in SaaS, where I became one of the youngest members of the sales leadership team. That experience deepened my understanding of scaling operations, customer-centric execution, and strategic growth. Now, I’m bringing those lessons back into packaging and sustainability, helping brands see that being eco-conscious isn’t just the right thing to do, it’s also the smarter way to grow.
