• It is a Crisis Resolution Home Treatment covering the Basingstoke area. It’s a catchment area of 220,000.
• We support people in crisis, the referrals are accepted from Community Mental health teams (CMHT) , Liaison team, Acute Hospitals , Carers , patients and other agencies like Police , Ambulance and Prison services.
• We have two speciality doctors working for us at the moment.
• We review patients in the outpatients, in the community and also carry out Mental Gealth act assessments.
• It’s a very dynamics with multifaceted practitioners that include Social workers, Community Psychiatric nurses, Occupational therapists , Psychologists and Support workers.

• I pioneered this Undermining Support group in Mersey region to support the trainees. Our slogan was 'By the Trainees for the Trainees.'
• This is the first group of its kind in the UK. It took me two years to get the attention of Bullying & Harassment of trainees at their workplaces, I finally led the Trainee Welfare group and worked on this idea, we are submitting few publications on this.
• In Mersey, the Undermining SupportGroup is delivering workshop for the trainees and trainers. We have been invited to present it as a showcase project.
• We are delivering our first trainers workshop in Manchester in collaboration with Psychiatric Support Services (PSS) and National Survey team of GMC.
