• PM on a team of roughly ~30 Eng and UX that partners closely with GTM, Sales, Marketing and other Google product team to deliver $XXXM in productivity through CRM tooling solutions.
• Primary focus during this time was on optimizing customer interactions through sales team efficiency, and some of my key products include:
• Bulk meeting scheduling product that now schedules XXk meetings a quarter, which is ~50% of Google sales meetings globally (think calendly, optimized for Google's Ads sellers). This was later adopted natively by the gCal team.
• An in-Gmail "CRM assistant" that couples CRM and interaction data to automate critical email tasks and the creation of a foundational data layer that unlocks genAI use cases in email
• Automation of core workflows around customer planning, in-CRM learning, and customer bulk-enrollment into Ads products

• As Sr. PM, I've continued to drive the product development process for all platforms (iOS, Android, Web, Internal Tools and CMS), working closely with our CTO, CPO, and team of 20+ Product/Tech/Data resources. • I led all aspects of our product portfolio — including mobile, web, internal and partner-facing CMS, and two enterprise iOS apps that aid operational processes. My main responsibilities include designing the UI/UX across all our products, developing product features, writing specifications, conducting user research, testing our builds, and managing the deployment of our features.
• As the first/only PM, I've overseen the design, development, and launch of various new product features, a brand new transactional website, and a complete redesign of our mobile apps. On the day-to-day I work with a team of designers, engineers, and business stakeholders to guide the development of our many products.
