• As one of the youngest City Team Lead's in Mumbai, my role was to mobilize, lead and build the culture of Make A Difference in Mumbai. I worked with a team of 20 Fellows and 150+ volunteers. My role was to lead the team, ensure the team is aligned and manage a few projects too. I worked closely with the Directors and Fellows to ensure smooth operations in the city and to ensure that the children get the support needed.

• As a City Team Lead- leading the Mumbai Chapter of 23 Vertical Fellows and 150+ volunteers who are collectively working with children across 2 shelter homes in Mumbai.
• As a Foundational Programme Fellow- Piloting a new Programme for Make A Difference that specifically deals with imparting Developmental Skills, Life Skills, Basic Numeracy and Basic Literacy to children from 5th to 7th Std. I managed a batch of volunteers to ensure the children are supported.

• From this experience with Pinwheel Project, I learned the art of planning and organizing. I also learned to manage time and work with so many different stakeholders.
