In Sep 2022 Reserve Bank of India (RBI) released series of Digital Lending Guidelines which layout new custom protection regulations which include new disclosures to be made to the borrower, such as the Annual Percentage Rate(APR), and digitally signed copies of documents such as the Key Facts Statement (KFS), sanction letter, terms and conditions and more. With minimal timeline I single handedly delivered all changes for Tata Neu personal loan product.
− New guidelines also mandate protocols for customer data collection, consent, processing, and storage and formalise channels for grievance redressal. Those changes also done by me.
− As a part of App Health campaign deprecated Kotlin synthetics to Jetpack view binding migration for both Personal Loan and Digital Lending products, I quickly delivered ahead of other teams.
