At Amazon, as a software development engineer II, being a part of the Seller Address Verification team, implemented a new service for integration with a 3P Address Data Store for automated address verification. Achieved cost savings of ~$4M (half-yearly) by implementing feature to calibrate address verification for different seller cohorts. Extensively used AWS, Java, and a Spring Boot. Was also a part of the Transportation Visibility team at Amazon, designed and implemented functionality for aggregating and vending out tracking information for mis-sorted or mis-labelled Amazon packages to improve user experience and save costs of ~$9M annually. I started my career with Qualcomm, I contributed to the software design and implementation of multiple features in the software. I successfully saw through the design, development and the delivery process for software for 3+ Snapdragon processors. For my contributions, I was awarded the Qualstar award twice, "Innovator of the quarter" and ThankQ award several times.
