• RTO Prediction (Return-To-Origin): Responsible for building an end-to-end Real-time ML model to predict the probability of an order getting returned at the time of order placement. A RESTful API fully capable of handling high throughput and load was built and maintained - which led to an incremental Net Margin in the tune of 4-5M per month.
• Image Compliance: Built a convolutional neural network to identify product images that are non-compliant with the business guidelines. The exercise led to daily incremental orders of 1000 - 1500 (verified via A/B test).
• Product Clustering based on Images: Built a scalable solution to group similar looking products together to aid business, tech and product teams in making intelligent decisions. The exercise was conducted on a massive catalog size of ~10M products which led to an uplift of 0.8% conversion.
• Promise Delivery Prediction: Buit an ML model to predict the delivery date of the order to reduce breaches and optimize conversion.

• Worked on cutting-edge solutions using state-of-the-art Deep Learning techniques to boost business metrics. Some of which are delineated below:
• Color Intelligence: Built a sophisticated model - using cutting-edge image segmentation techniques, custom color palette designed specifically for Snapdeal's catalog, face and skin detection modules - to intelligently identify color distribution in clothing products. The model brought down the error rate in color tags in the clothing category significantly by up to 20 percentage points - which led to an improvement in indexed conversion of up to 20-25 percentage points.
• Home Page Feed Personalization: Responsible for scaling up the personalization algorithm to be able to recommend 50 products to each of the 20M customers, thrice daily. Also, built the framework to randomize the customers into multiple test buckets for A/B testing. The exercise led to an uplift of 2% in home page conversion.

• Product Quality Index (PQI): Quantified the quality of products using Machine Learning and Bayesian Statistics to boost conversion.
