• Wanted to always do MORE and here I was!
• Got bunjee assignment with the other side of the team with a mixed role in the HR programs + business partnering world. Got a chance to ideate, project manage, and collaborate with cross functional stakeholders to drive HR programs for the site. Also, played a role of an Associate HRBP for the G&A function (US teams) managing performance and HR compliance tasks.
• Highlights: Learnt about US employment laws, launched a Swag Store and Rippling India's first ERG
• Got out of my comfort zone, learnt so much more, and having fun while at it! :)

• Highlight: witnessed the launch of Rippling Recruiting (ATS) and got a chance to play a pseudo PM.

• joined in as the 7th member of the talent and culture team at CRED. here are some work highlights from the 6 months stint:
• picked up hiring for the operations business unit - an horizontal team for the org and hired across roles like customer experience, quality, business operations and risk & fraud
• within 6 months, hired across all levels within the BU and eventually became the primary SPOC for all things around operation hiring (talent planning, hiring execution, post offer engagement, etc)
• owned up, designed and delivered an allied program : referral policy for operations BU (BTW - build to win) which was an extension to the central program

• HolonIQ, an Australian Global Intelligence Education firm had organized an EdTech Global Summit and Immersion Program for Educational enthusiasts all across the globe this year in Bangalore, India. I was associated with the core team for a period of over a month as an Event Coordinator providing on-ground support in India (logistics and communication). The 5-day long Summit was an insightful experience and a huge networking opportunity.
