Several notable projects at Meesho were: • Enabling Non-GST suppliers to sell on Meesho and making Meesho the first major e-commerce player to achieve that. • Building a Product Ranking system specifically designed to cater to the new and unrated catalogues at Meesho. • Building the Compliance Gating to reduce the illegal & non-compliant catalogue listings to 92% at the Meesho platform. • Building the Business Insights Dashboard for deeper business and competitive analysis for sellers at Meesho. Prior to Meesho, Sanu was heading the Engineering Org (Development, DevOps, Test Engineering & UX Design) at IK. Sanu has enabled product-led growth of IK resulting in hitting $44mn ARR and has scaled the engineering team from 5 to 100+ people in a year. Sanu has also set up the charters of different verticals i.e. Development, Product Management, Program Management & QA. In the leadership of Sanu, the engineering team has launched 100+ mid/large projects. Prior to IK, Sanu was running his own home services-based startup OyeLazy where he led a team of 12 people in Tech, Marketing, Operations & Finance. Prior to OyeLazy, Sanu worked with some big names in the industry i.e. Tower Research Capital and Amazon. Sanu is an alumnus of NIT Durgapur, 2012-2016 batch. Sanu has co-founded the programming club RECursion at NIT Durgapur.
