• Machine learning model to predicted the query time and resources for Auto scaling
• Created a deep neural network model using tensorflow that can predict the CPU time and query cost for a given query. The model utilizes the historical execution data of previous queries to make accurate predictions.
• Used the prediction of models to create an auto scaling service which upscale or downscale nodes based on the predicted query time to improve the query latency.
• Handled the code deployment and execution in Python3 systematically with changes deployed at live.
• Creating data/training pipelines
• Created multiple data pipelines for historical features using python, sql and airflow for offline and for inference time.
• Set up an incremental training pipeline from scratch for ML models to be trained on regular intervals using new data.
• Set up dashboards to check metrics like ROC AUC, Recall and Loss for models in production.
