I am presently working on an Onboarding agent that could make calls to new employees that are joining and ask for their confirmation and send the Call summary to HR and simultaneously trigger a form to fill their Joining Details. The agent can then call on their day of joining and guide them through any problem that they are facing. The agent also takes feedback after they have been on onboarded.
