• Revamped the addition of Job Applications and Job Recommendations to the Large Client Sheets using Kafka, reducing data sync time from 2 hours to less than 5 minutes.
• Automated creation and management of Google Sheets for enterprise clients using Google Sheets and Drive APIs, streamlining data workflows.
• Designed and implemented a feature enabling verification of crawled recruiters without requiring a job post,seamlessly integrating it into the existing onboarding workflow. This enhancement led to a 30–35% increase in monthly new recruiters onboarding.
• Migrated cron jobs from Node.js to Apache Airflow, enabling improved error handling, SLA’s misses notification mechanisms, better logging, and scheduling efficiency.
• Contributed to the development of the user onboarding flow and Join Team acceptance flow for the new ’Teams’ feature on Recruiter App, enhancing collaboration among recruiters.
• Launched a post-application prompt for job seekers to submit previous work experience, achieving daily visibility to about 20K users with about 6K submissions, enriching user profiles at scale.
• Developed the dar_matrix_sparse Airflow DAG to populate Daily Active Recruiter (DAR) metrics, tracking engagement for about 88K unique recruiters and improving analytical visibility.
• Diagnosed and resolved critical production and staging bugs during on-call rotations, ensuring minimal downtime and system reliability.
