As an architect with over two decades of global experience, I have witnessed the pain and a number of failures in communicating design intent due to the lack of collaboration between architects, designers and construction professionals. It was then I decided to venture out on my own, and I co-founded SmartVizX in 2015. SmartVizX, is the creator of the world’s first fully immersive Virtual Reality platform for the building industry, Trezi. Launched in 2018, Trezi connects architects with building product manufacturers, and helps transform design communication by allowing them to explore, review and modify designs at full scale. A natural flair for visualization of design and passion for VR, along with professional learning in the industry resulted in the inception of Trezi, a product that is now solving the challenges faced by a large number of stakeholders in the building industry, using immersive technology and the power of Virtual Reality. Apart from VR, I am passionate about cricket, a sport I played extensively and love to analyse, as well. I am also a long distance runner, and besides work, I enjoy spending time reading, and am constantly curious to develop something new to fuel my excitement to constantly innovate.
