• Built a new Distributed Application Lifecycle and Version Management (CDM) tool to manage the deployment of the desktop softwares and custom integration scripts across more than 30K stores seamlessly.
• Built a Distributed Application Monitoring and Command tool (Store Care) for remote diagnostics and issue resolution. This reduced the average time spent on tickets from 3 days to 2 hours by the support teams.
• Built a highly scalable chat based O2O system (Store Networks), that enabled cross store sales and communications.
