Building conversational agents and automation workflows at Thena that help B2B companies handle customer support at scale. Previously at Enphase Energy, I worked on firmware simulation and applied ML for control system design. I graduated from the Indian Institute of Technology Delhi with a B. Tech in Electrical Engineering with a specialization in Cognitive & Intelligent Systems. My work combines AI research and applied ML - like building an LLM-based chatbot response evaluation system during my fellowship at Pi School and designing a patent-pending solution for surgical video masking using real-time scene parsing at Medtronic. I have also worked on brain state classification in sleep using EEG signals with Prof. Saurabh Gandhi and developed low-cost COVID-19 diagnostic tools with Prof. Tapan K Gandhi (presented at IEEE INDICON 2022).

Working on Thena’s conversational agents and automation workflows that help B2B companies handle customer support at scale.
Shipped a production-grade agentic chat in under three months using LangGraph and OpenAI function calling - retrieves knowledge, fetches context, and responds to queries in real time within the CRM platform. Set up monitoring and evaluation frameworks to track performance and catch issues before they reach customers.
Built AI workflows that run autonomously: L1 deflection, ticket summarization, status updates, and auto-populating ticket fields. Designed safeguards like idempotency checks so workflows handle concurrent ticket floods without duplicating actions or breaking.
Optimized the execution pipeline with caching to cut down chat latency and built the RAG pipeline to run retrieval asynchronously so users don't wait around while the system searches for answers.
Drive technical design and implementation for AI features, working directly with the CEO to translate customer requirements into reliable production features. Small team equals full ownership across architecture decisions, implementation, incident resolution, and everything in between.
