• As an Independent Creative Director, I've been exploring my creative side through painting, textiles, and clay. I also won a Gold and 2 Silvers for pro-bono work with National Canadian Media at the Marketing Awards Canada.

• As the former National Creative Head at Rediffusion (formerly Rediffusion Y&R), I managed prestigious clients such as Tata Sons, Tata Trusts, Tata Motors, Taj Hotels, Four Square Cigarettes (GPI), ITC Classmate, Eveready, Moods, Amway, Parle, Kuchina Kitchen Appliances, Hamdard and L&T, and many others. I was a key member of the Corporate Management team, overseeing creative professionals in multiple cities and successfully securing 14 new business pitches. Additionally, I contributed as a visiting faculty member at a film school and was honoured to judge renowned awards like Global Awards 2018, Goa Fest 2017, and New York Festivals 2017. I represented Y&R India at the Y&R Worldwide Creative Council meetings, where we created award-winning work, including 6 Cannes in 2016, 4 Cannes in 2017, 1 Bronze at Dubai Lynx 2017, and 2 awards with 2 Shortlists at the 6th Dadasaheb Phalke Film Festival, along with numerous national accolades.

• In my role as the creative leader at Linen Lintas (formerly Pickle Lintas and now Mullen Lintas), I effectively managed a notable client portfolio that included Volvo Cars, Tupperware, Panasonic, Four Square Cigarettes, Cardekho.com, and Dabur. Our team excelled, securing eight new business pitches and achieving significant milestones. Notably, I spearheaded the acclaimed Dabur Vatika Shampoo 'Brave & Beautiful' campaign in 2014-15, amassing over 90 million internet views in a month and earning accolades such as the 'Lotus Root' award at Ad-Fest 2015, 1 Grand Prix, 3 Gold, 1 Silver, 3 Bronze, and 4 shortlistings at Goafest 2015, along with 1 Blue Elephant and 3 In Book mentions at D&AD Kyoorius 2015. Additionally, I played a vital role in the successful launch of 'Oppo Mobiles' in India, featuring Bollywood actors Hrithik Roshan and Sonam Kapoor. Linen Lintas was also ranked as the 3rd best agency in India at the 'Mirchi Kaan Awards 2014, securing 3 gold, 8 silver, and 6 bronze awards, alongside 13 shortlisted entries.

• During my second and brief tenure as the Creative Head at Rediffusion Gurugram, I led a team of 16 creative professionals and effectively managed and crafted memorable campaigns for clients such as MTS (Telecom), Amway, ITC Tea, LG, Paras Build Tech, and PepsiCo’s Tata Water Plus & Tata Gluco Plus. In these 11 months at Rediffusion, we managed to create some fabulous hit campaigns like Always On for MTS MBlaze, Attitude Skincare from Amway, and a five-film Ad campaign with Imran Khan, a Bollywood star, on MTS VAS services.

• As one of the Vice Presidents & ECD at JWT Gurugram, I had a team of 20 professionals while managing key clients such as Sony (Vaio, Cybershot, Bravia, Walkman & Handycam), PepsiCo (Pepsi, Tropicana, Aquafina & Slice), Monster.com, Timex, and Pizza Hut (Dine-In & Delivery), along with Hero Cycles & Splendor Bikes.

• I moved from Malaysia to Rediffusion Y&R Gurugram, where I served as Creative Head, leading two teams comprising 56 creatives. I managed key accounts, including Bharti Airtel, India's largest telecommunications company, and LG. For the Airtel account, I set up a 26-member creative team. I oversaw the creation of memorable campaigns featuring Bollywood celebrities like Shahrukh Khan, Abhay Deol, Kareen Kapoor, Saif Ali Khan, Vidya Balan, Madhvan, Chitrangada, Aditi Rao, Sherman Joshi, Shreyas Talpade, Rajpal Yadav and Kumar Sangakkara. The work boosted brand recognition and drove purchase intent scores to the top of the category. Additionally, I played a vital role in the successful launch of Airtel in Sri Lanka, achieving an impressive 75,000 bookings on the first day. These achievements were honoured with multiple prestigious awards, including 6 Cannes awards, a D&AD In Book, a Silver at Ad-Fest 2010, a Finalist recognition at One Show, a Bronze at Young Gun, and numerous national advertising awards.

• At McCann, I launched the "A New Saga Begins" campaign to introduce the new face of Proton Saga, the first Malaysian car. This effort resulted in over 42,000 bookings in under a month. The campaign featured three films with prominent celebrities who shared their stories of stardom and success, reflecting Proton's evolution. I was also a key team member who won and launched Sime Darby's merger campaign, a prominent brand in Malaysia. Additionally, I worked with brands such as Digi Telecom, Wall's, MasterCard, Nestle's Coffee-Mate, and Nespray during my tenure at McCann.

• I was hired as a Senior Art Director reporting to the esteemed ECD Yasmin Ahmed, a highly respected and award-winning Malaysian ECD and film Director. In my first year, I won 2 Gold awards for Art Direction, 2 Bronze awards, and 3 Finalist; Leo Burnett was honoured with the Agency of the Year 2004 title at the Kancil, Malaysia AAAA Awards. Throughout my tenure at LB, I earned more than 75 awards, including my first Gold at Cannes, two golds at Spikes, a gold at DM Asia, 2 Golds at DMAM, accolades from New York Festivals, Kancil, and MC2 Malaysia.

At Satya Paul, a leading fashion and design house in India, I explored new techniques to create textures on fabrics. I also developed textile textures for Bonnie Hazuria's Summer Collection, a renowned fashion designer, which was showcased on leading TV channels.
