Hey 👋 👋 I'm Soumya, currently working as a staff engineer based out of India. My niche is primarily Infrastructure Engineering but most things like developer productivity, observability, DevOps, automation also come under my area of expertise. Since 2020 I have covered a way from being a junior engineer at a global organisation to being the first engineer of the infra team of small knit startup which is building category defining tech in AI as of today. Most of my work has circled around one theme: turning infrastructure into leverage through self-serve developer platforms, observability-first software development, or cost-optimized scaling for AI workloads. I have always tried to build systems that outlive the hype and actually make engineering smoother and simple.
