• Forest was an IDE to create backend workflows with the goal to change how backend code is written today and save 100s of engineering hours. Forest offers a canvas to build backend workflows with the help of standard blocks like REST API, Custom JS, and third-party integrations like slack available on the platform.
• It found a good balance between giving things out of the box and yet letting the developer have the ability to code on the platform as and when needed.

• At Razorpay I had an interesting opportunity to step beyond my product management shoes and build a startup program (Razorpay Rize) from the ground up which would act as a new distribution channel for Razorpay Products.
• I was lucky enough to work on it from Day 0, launch the first version, and leverage a no-code stack to productize the experience leading to generating a pipeline of 2000+ startups and onboarding 600 of them to the program.
• As part of the program, we created value for founders by building a founder-first community, helping them with company incorporation, giving them access to exclusive startup credits, and helping them connect with potential VCs.

• As the product lead for parent experience, I helped Lido's paid customer base grow 2x in a period of 6 months
• Improved NPS from 11 to 54 with the help of the following initiatives
• Launched an app for parents which was a one stop solution to manage their child's courses, make payments, track progress etc. and scaled it's adoption to 90% parents in 3 months
• Built a social connection between parents, students & tutors by giving them the ability to chat with each other to improve stickiness on the platform and reduce to risk of social alienation due to digital learning.
• 35% of paying users were daily engaging on the platform
• Moved to 100% chat from a 100% call support
• Reduced avg resolution TAT from 35 mins to 4.5 mins and improved CSAT from 2.5 to 3.5
• Resolved over 60% conversations using chatbot
• Built unassisted batching flow and reduced activation TAT from 7 days to 24 hrs

• In 2019, I was working at Bounce which was India’s first dockless scooter rental startup. On our best days, we were doing 120K rides daily, and over 15% of those rides translated to a customer support ticket. Things were crazy on the Customer Support floor with an almost unmanageable amount of customer issues. I had to fix this!
• There were 2 parts to solving this problem
• 1. Building a self-serve support experience similar to how Uber does it. This helped in reducing customer support tickets by 65% and saved USD 55K per month
• 2. Building internal tools to ensure the customer support team had everything to help the customer with their issues. While I had enough engineers to build the consumer-facing product, there weren’t any engineers mapped to build the internal tools.
• That is when I discovered Retool and went on to build 80+ apps on it for various teams like customer support, marketing and ops. One of the apps that I built on retool turned out to be their most used app across their clientele. I was surely using Retool very extensively.
