• Worked on the following projects at MakeMyTrip:
• ● Hotel Availability and Room Recommendation Algorithm:
• Increased the overall hotel availability on our platform using dynamic programming to solve the problem of finding the ‘cheapest combination of rooms’ to make the offering more powerful/useful to our customers.
• ● Rate Comparator:
• Improved search results by achieving deduplication in Hotel Search Engine using rate comparator which has the ability to compare room’s prices based on multiple factors like supplier, ratePlan, mealPlan, cancellation Policy etc.
• ● AltAcco Properties Integration:
• Slight variation of the Recommendation Engine to introduce new type of hotels which could be sold as whole property. Eg. Guest House/Villa/Resort/Apartment.
• ● Ether Interaction Service:
• The aim is to parse Inclusion/ValueAdds phrases asynchronously from a set of Strings and store the results in couchbase so as to retrieve it faster in subsequent calls. Kafka Queue was used as pipeline between the producer and consumers services.

• ● GRNConnect API complete integration-It is characterized by an intuitive RESTful interface and uses JSON formats for data exchange.The goal was to accomplish the fundamental functionalities like Search,Reprice,Booking and Cancellation.
• ● AfricaBookings & ERes API Integration- It used XML formats for data exchange.Parsing the response and Unmarshalling was done using JAXB framework.
