• Revenue Management System:
• Revenue management system combines data, insights and workflows for end to end Contract Lifecycle Management that optimizes revenue of the Sales team. This system helped client to save ~ 1 Million USD per year
• Led requirement gathering of the product with clients across US and Europe to understand the pain points in existing systems and designed the future state product architecture.
• Devised data migration strategy and implemented end to end data pipeline using spark framework which transfers around 200GB of Pharma data daily from AWS <-> Salesforce <-> ERP platform.
• Built the contract creation and pricing portal on Salesforce platform which improved user productivity by 3 hours.
• Refactored the code to keep service API within SLA by improving the system query plan which improved the system efficiency
• As a tech lead, mentored new team members and guided them to follow the best code design principles
• Leading the team of 5 developers for delivery of Revenue Management 2.0 release which is aimed at expanding the system to the European clients.

• VERSO is an analytics product developed by ZS that generates personalized insights based on observed trends for Sales Reps and is equipped with smart chatbot to answer business questions without manual intervention.
• Designed and developed the chatbot service which answered around 5000 different business questions with average latency of 5 milliseconds.
• Built real time ingestion system for various domain data, handling customer utterances and building response to it. (JAVA, Spark, PostgreSQL, DynamoDB)
• Engineered smart features like next suggested questions, personalized introductory questions, graphical chatbot responses, multi-lingual chatbot prototype which gained recognition from multiple clients during commercialization phase
• Implemented automated integration testing tool to test the chatbot service which could test around 98% of business use cases without manual intervention.
• Developed a CI/CD pipeline using TeamCity to ease deployment process of the backend code.
• Collaborated with top Pharma clients during the presales process of the product as technical consultant
