• Clearance is the last stage in a lifecycle of an item. I was part of a clearance team in target. I have worked on following:
• 1. Base sales demand forecasting of items which helps in assigning the optimised markdown percentages to the items in clearance.
• 2. Optimised the Clearance Product search page which helps analysts to take informed decisions before setting markdowns to any item-location.

• I was part of the Research and Development team in Procurement Insights under Supply Chain Management. Worked on the following:
• Machine Learning Classification problems in procurement domain. Used data preprocessing techniques to perform multivariate normalisation and speed up the accurate string classification which helped in minimising the manual effort to detect savings opportunities in procurement space.
• Process Mining and Robotic Process Automation. Structured big data to make it suitable for process mining algorithms which helped in automating repetitive, manual and error-prone tasks.
• Time Series Forecasting. Build scalable time series data preprocessing and forecasting models which helped in forecasting demand and inventory management.
