• Auto Update of teams devices:
• Enhanced auto update experience for 2M teams android devices. This involved introducing the concept of maintenance window where updates caused less disruption in teams meetings.
• Seamless update experience with zero disruptions to users:
• Introduced the feature to check and defer the updates on the devices if they are busy in call or the user is not willing to update for now. This improved user experience across all the devices.
• Recovery of teams devices:
• Built a system to recover teams devices when they are facing trouble with their functionality. This will ensure the teams devices remain up to date and recover them with software updates

• Office 365 Workplace Analytics - Organisational Network Analytics (WPA ONA).
• Workplace Analytics : Workplace Analytics is a product that uses data from everyday work in Office 365 to identify collaboration patterns that impact productivity, workforce effectiveness, and employee engagement. The insights were mainly focused on an individual level.
• My Contribution : Worked on a new metric, which will enable analysis on a group of people considered as one. Developed an algorithm to compute the density of graph. Added a new capability, in the form of a framework, which will help generate deeper insights on a group level. The framework and the metric were developed using the Big Data Technology - Apache Spark on Scala. Also, created a new workflow to make use of the framework.
