• Designed and developed a new ECS Fargate service, for enabling timely notifications to employees through their preferred channel (Email, SMS, In-app push notifications) when the employee schedules an appointment with the agent, or the agent updates the scheduled appointment.

The server side is written in Java and SMTP and POP3 protocols are used for sending and retrieving emails.
