I am a Certified Agile Leader® 1, Certified Scrum Professional - Product Owner (CSPⓇ-PO), Certified Scrum Professional - Scrum Master (CSP-SM®) and Certified SAFe® 6 Product Manager based out of India. I am responsible for building the best-in-class customer-centric products at H&M Group. I am a part of a highly dynamic product team which is leading multiple product charters in the E-commerce and Retail space of one of the world's largest retail chain organisations. A variety of personal and professional experiences have shaped me into a critical thinker, creative problem-solver, and compelling leader uniquely positioned to add value to any team I am a part of. With deeply-rooted interests in people, culture, and change, I'm equipped to view problems through various lenses; conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis, and deliver thorough tailored human-centric solutions. Before the H&M Group, I was working with McKinsey & Company and Accenture, where I worked on a variety of enterprise-wide transformations related to business strategy, management consulting, data analytics, operating model, organizational design, and digital ways of working across retail, consumer goods & services, and oil and gas industries. Intellectual curiosity, a strong work ethic, and an eagerness to learn have led to my involvement in other capacities across the organisations I have worked in. I have been a vital part of the CSR teams where I worked for Child rights, education for women, advocating for awareness towards Mental Health etc. I hold a B. Tech (bachelor’s in technology) degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering, all from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, Delhi (A leading state-funded public university in the country). My passions include mental health advocacy and education policy. In my free time, I enjoy practising meditation, mentoring students, travelling, hiking, running, cycling, listening to podcasts, reading books, and knocking on doors for people I believe in.
