• Developed distributed architecture to handle customers’ transitions to prime for 2+ life stage memberships like Prime Student for 5+ countries.
• Redesigned and refactored microservice’s core module to create a fully configurable service via master config which improved new client onboarding time from 1 week to 1 day (~86% time reduction) and config schema version upgrade time from 3 days to 15 mins (>99% time reduction).
• Designed and developed a dynamic wait scheduler for workflow management that is used org-wide.

• Proposed a tech strategy to verify if a customer is a student based on uploaded documents and unverified student customers were transitioned to the prime plan.
