• Led the Transport Next vertical in Gojek consisting of 4 cross-functional teams (Public Commute, Live Tracking, GoCorp & Taxi) with 25+ engineers across Backend, Mobile, and Web.
• My primary responsibilities include:
• ➣ Looking after the planning, technical architecture, and delivery of the projects in the vertical.
• ➣ Mentoring managers and principal engineers in my vertical and looking after their learning and growth by doing regular 1x1 sessions, creating individual development plans, providing constructive feedback, doing performance reviews, etc.
• ➣ OKR Planning and collaborating with product and business folks to convert business requirements into concrete stories.
• ➣ Hiring, engaging, and retaining top talent.
• 1. Transport Taxi
• ➣ Turning Gojek's Transport platform into a Marketplace where any private Taxi provider companies can be onboarded and booked by our customers.
• ➣ I was responsible for building the team from the ground up and coming up with the technical architecture.
• 2. GoCorp (https://www.gojek.com/gocorp/)
• ➣ GoCorp (Gojek for business) allows companies to provide Transport allowances to their employees with zero paperwork.
• ➣ I was responsible for building the GoCorp team and launching the product in Indonesia and Singapore.
• ➣ We’re now building new features like Self-serve onboarding, Credit Card billing, integration with third-party expense management systems, and many more.
• 3. GoTransit (Public Commute)
• ➣ Built a multimodal end-to-end journey management platform that includes private transport options like GoRide/GoCar as well as Public transport options like Metro/Bus etc.
• 4. Tracking Experience
• ➣ Building a world-class Live tracking experience for Gojek's Transport, GoFood, GoSend, GoBox, and GoShop product groups.

• Led multiple cross-functional squads consisting of 10+ engineers across Backend, Web, QA, and Devops in Gojek's Transport team.
• 1. GoCorp (https://www.gojek.com/gocorp/)
• ➣ GoCorp (Gojek for business) allows companies to provide Transport allowances to their employees with zero paper work.
• ➣ Built GoCorp from scratch by leading a team of 7 engineers (4 backend + 2 mobile + 1 web + 1 QA).
• ➣ Launched GoCorp in Indonesia and Singapore.
• 2. Sputnik
• ➣ Sputnik is an SRE team responsible for the reliability and monitoring of transport services. We build Infrastructure tools and automation to help other developers ship products with confidence.
• ➣ Building a secure and reliable Kubernetes infrastructure from scratch while leading 4 Devops engineers.
• ➣ Migrating Transport services from VMs to Kubernetes.
• Before GoCorp & Sputnik, I led the Booking experience squad consisting of 8 engineers (3 Backend + 2 iOS + 2 Android + 1 QA)
• ➣ Responsible for Improving and maintaining 5 critical microservices written in Go, Ruby, Clojure.
• ➣ Built ground-breaking features like Saved Addresses, Multi-stop, and Multi-service types.
• ➣ Mentored engineers in the Transport team to build GoTransit (a multimodal transport flow).

• ➣ Led a team of 6 full-stack engineers in the Supplytech squad of the Ops Platform team in Gojek
• ➣ Built a Lead Management System that is used to manage the supply of drivers and onboard them in a controlled fashion.
• ➣ Built Blueprint, a cross-platform library that renders a form on mobile or web from JSON configuration. This was integrated into our driver onboarding website and mobile apps. It allowed us to quickly start driver onboarding in any new country without any app release or code changes.
• ➣ I was responsible for our driver verification service – Petros, our driver document warehouse – KYD, and our driver onboarding & management service - Driver Portal

• Flock Calendar: Built a Calendar app's backend with two of my colleagues in Java, Spring Boot, and MySQL.
• Flock Apps: Built several apps, bots, integrations, and services on Flock messenger including Google Drive, OneDrive, Flock Import, Flock Assistant, HR Connect, and Video Conferencing.
• Flock Converse: Built an event management app that manages attendees’ engagement through Flock messenger. I wrote the backend of this app in Java and also developed a desktop application in JavaFX to handle onsite registration and badge printing.

• Yatra Connect: Built a real-time chat & voice app with ticketing support that allows customers to directly talk to the sellers. ​I developed the chat backend in Java, Spring, XMPP, and Ejabberd, and also wrote the admin panel to keep track of all the Q&A.

• EV60: Built a SAAS app similar to Shopify that enables any offline retail business owner to take his business online. I worked on the Seller’s admin panel using MEAN Stack and built the analytics dashboard using ELK stack.
