• myKaarma is a cloud based software company that focuses on enhancing the retail experience for service departments of car dealerships. The myKaarma app gives the dealership the ability to offer 21st century technology such as digital conversations (Text, Email, Voice) and smart payment systems (Mobile, POS) with auto-reconciliation all in one application that seamlessly integrates with their current DMS.

• Developed APIs for different micro-services offered by myKaarma
• a. Messaging API – API to send text messages and email to customers, check the status of
• message, get the conversation thread of a customer.
• b. Customer API – API to create customer, update the details of customer and search
• customer from attributes like first name, last name, emailId and unique identifier.
• c. Appointment API – API to schedule service appointment request.
• d. Upload API – API which let users upload one file(at a time) to myKaarma system.
• 2. Pickup and Delivery
• Pickup and delivery is a product which let dealerships schedule a pick-up of vehicle or customer and post servicing drop the vehicle off. Features offered by this product.
• a. Live tracking of trips by customer and service manager at the dealership.
• b. Proper communication among customer, driver, pickup and delivery manager and
• service advisor via messages and call.
• c. Global map to track all drivers at once.
• d. Micro-service to read data from email and schedule the pick-up and delivery
• appointment in myKaarma system.
