• Worked as a part of the User-generated content(UGC) team. Which mainly handles two important systems of the Snapdeal platform namely RnR (Reviews and Rating) and QnA (Question and Answers). The genuine information provided by users in the form of product reviews, service reviews, return ratings, question-answers, seller ratings, and Image reviews(Selfies) play a very important role on any eCommerce platform in the decision-making process for other users.
• Reviews and Rating(RnR): Worked extensively on this platform to add new features and enhance the existing system for smoothly handling the growing traffic on Snapdeal. Worked on end-to-end development of highly scale-able Apis which handles changes run time.
• Worked on project Selfie which is a sub-system of RnR. It enables users to give feedback in the form of product selfies. Designed and implemented the entire configuration and controlling part of this feature.
• Question and Answers(QnA): Designed and implemented an email sub-system that sends emails to users to ask answers to questions asked by other users on products that the user has reviewed.
• Worked on designing and implementing the system which gathers real-time data and stores it in the database, which is used for monitoring and analysis purposes.
• Worked on designing and implementing a Crawler which gathers information from multiple sources.
• This information was analyzed to get insight into data to improve UGC systems. Mainly improving review quality and question-answer content.
• The competitive analysis helped in getting new brands and revenue to Snapdeal by showing them how Snapdeal is better than competitors based on analyzed information.

• Worked in Unix team of NetIQ Apmanager product line. NetIQ Appmanager is enterprise monitoring software suite. I worked in a team which is responsible to develop monitoring solution for different infrastructure present in an enterprise which are Unix or Linux based. So I worked on different modules.
• 1) Developed monitoring module for IBM PowerVM. This project contained features like monitoring host(managed server), lpars, CPU pools, memory pools and volume groups.
• 2) Developed monitoring module for Solaris Zones .In this we implemented CPU and memory stats at host and zone level. And also incorporated process and file system monitoring.
• 3) Added new features to the existing Hardware monitoring module.New features include monitoring fan status,voltage,power consumption and temperature sensors.
• 4) Added the clustering support to the IBM webSphere monitoring module. Added feature to monitor servers present inside a cluster using deployment manager.
