• Rewrote and led the analysis and conceptualized the new serviceability construct of Dunzo user to store mapping by designing a custom algorithm using kubernetes argoflow and google s2 cell library thereby reducing the cost per transaction by 20% and order delivery time by 10% and the system handles 10k rpm.
• Spearheaded the breakdown and re-architecture of user addresses by improving accuracy and clarity which led to partners finding the address quickly by 10% and reducing the interactions from partner to user by 25%.
• Re-architected the way Dunzo serves saved user addresses by moving the saved address logic from a monolith to microservices and as a part of this project migrated around 2 crore rows of addresses to a new micro service which can handle 100k peak rpm and completely eliminated the dependency of monolith on addresses.
• Engineered a new combo system which enables the product to redefine how combos are created taking care of the entire order journey right from searching for combo products to processing refunds and thereby increasing the Average Order Value by 20%.
• Collaborated with the operations team and automated the ticket assignment in the existing support ticket allocation algorithm to reduce the number of tickets assigned to operators thereby improving the ticket resolution time by 10% of customer support teams.
• Developed a project by collaborating with analytics and helping them get more insights on item level refunds processed from a store (Bad Quality, Bad Packaging) thereby reducing the item level refunds by 30%.
