• Led design and implementation of an in-house geocoding engine, harnessing Dunzo's exclusive locations data from delivery partners. Integrated Elasticsearch and custom Multilayer Perceptron (MLP) models, meticulously trained by Data Science team for precise, reliable geocoding results.
• Led design and architecture of a strategic intervention feature for demand-supply mismatch (DSM), enabling seamless system-driven partner transitions between supply modes to meet dynamic demand requirements.
• Drove software quality improvements in Partner Engineering through design (TRD) reviews, PR reviews, quality assessments, and on-call support.
• Mentored and guided the professional growth of the Partner Engineering Team, comprised of approximately 30 skilled engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-achieving work environment.
