• I collaborated with Front-End Science, a leading online school for Front-End Engineers in Ukraine, to design a comprehensive course on web application development using React.
• Designed a comprehensive course curriculum that covered key topics such as React, Redux, Functional Programming, Webpack, and software testing. I created interactive learning experiences for students through code challenges, practical exercises and hands-on projects that helped reinforce the concepts learned in the course. The course consisted of 20 lessons, each lasting 3 hours, along with 50 hands-on tasks and 4 practical workshops
• Introduced a mentorship team of experienced mentors who provided valuable feedback and reviewed students' work to enhance their learning and knowledge
• Successfully taught over 100 students, across 4 groups, receiving high praise from students for the quality of the course content and delivery
• Led several public webinars on JavaScript and React, which received a large following, with each webinar attracting over 10 000 views

• ITVDN is leading online education platforms for developers in Ukraine. I cooperated with them to lead education initiatives related to Reactjs.

• WebbyLab is a software development consultancy in Ukraine, where I was mainly working on educational platform used in schools and universities for knowledge assessment. As the first engineer on this project, I was heavily involved in all aspects of product development: discovery, design, development and analysis.
• Worked on both front-end (React, Flux) and back-end (Node, MongoDB) parts of the project to deliver initial MVP that helped receive funding
• Engineered a mechanism to capture student’s test completion process and detect cheating
• Developed internationalisation mechanism to translate application to 5 different languages and out-source translation work
• Played key role in developing one of the first isomorphic applications at the time with React and Redux, which was later open-sourced

• As I worked as a Solutions Engineer, I started doing more hands-on coding to speed up integration process and then switched to doing front-end development full-time. I worked mainly on payment widgets logic, but also was involved in company's website development.
• Developed a framework to customize payment widgets and integrate them into customer’s applications, time to set up a new payment widget decreased from 2 days to 3 hours on average, most of the integrations were done without involvement of the development team at all
• After I worked on company website for a while, I applied my data analysis background to integrate analytical tooling to make better informed decisions
• Led company website redesign project, worked closely with product managers, analysts and designers to analyse metrics and make lasting improvements to company website. After redesign was complete, it shows to improve core metrics

• Worked closely with 10+ customers, proposed optimization strategy based on analysis of target audience and payment statistics, conducted A/B testing, user testing and other experiments
