• Designed and developed Apna’s inhouse whatsApp service which supports multiple underlying vendors offering multiple features like outbound rate limiter, retries on failures, office-hour messages, forwarding client replies, auto response to client replies, forwarding failed message status, document collection, new business number onboarding, whatsApp template onboarding, frequency capping, identify non-reachable users, handle users’ opt preference.
• Worked on Apna’s smart communication pipeline which selects most qualified users for a job and sends them job PNs/WAs ensuring desired leads for a job is reached. It also ensures that a user gets recommendations for best jobs for him and a daily level frequency cap as well as time gap is maintained between any two communications sent to him.

• Designed server-device communication protocol for Zoomcar’s escooters IoT using protobuf. Also developed the corresponding IoT service.
• Designed and developed streaming application to convert data from various IoT devices in a desired uniform format for ingestion by internal systems using kafka connect and kafka streams.
• Developed alert service for notifications for any alarming condition in a car based on IoT device’s data using kafka streams processor API. This service also generates driver score based on driving behaviour.
• Developed Zoomcar’s location service which provides wrapper APIs over various underlying location based SaaS like Google, Here, Nominatim for cost optimization, security and tracking usage by different teams.
